Confused HR team: I was called for first round of face to face interview at their Airoli office but all four rounds were completed on the same day. 1st round was more of technical spanning various technologies like ASP.NET, WCF, MVC, REST API, SQL SERVER, Performance optimization techniques & VAPT fixes. 2nd round was also a technical interview which focused only on OOPS & a puzzle. 3rd round was a Manager round wherein scenario specific questions were asked. These were related to projects mentioned in Resume. This also included some behavioural questions. 4th round was an HR round mostly related to salary negotiation. All rounds were completed same day. Overall process was moved at moderate speed. The only disappointing thing was the confused HR team. The HR who interviewed me in last round had confirmed me verbally about selection. The person approving the appointment had left for the day so she will be contacting next week to collect offer letter. When I contacted in the next week awaiting response. The same HR answered "I am not able to recollect any such incident". A very surprising & unprofessional behaviour. Interviewers were good & whole process was good except for the huge disappointment in the last.
