I was asked to give a video interview with the external company called Monjin. I was never briefed about the pre requisites of the interview scheduled. A representative from Monjin had called me to setup an interview with the prefered slot on their platform. Twice this interview was scheduled but it did not happened because of poor internet connection at my place (This was retrospected bu the monjin representative herself). I was then asked to come for a F2F interview at their Airoli (Navi Mumbai) office. They took 1 technical , 1 techo managerial & 1 HR round, This process took almost a day. I was again asked to give a monjin video interview even after the HR round was been taken at the company venueu.
After two days HR asked for my documents for further peocess. No communication was done by the HR after that for almost 2 weeks. Finaly i called up and inquired about the issue. The HR was in a catch bout what to say, she told it's difficult to match the expectation and all. Finaly after almost a month later i just get a mail from HR, bout they cannot rollout an offer as the expextation cannot be matched.
This was a tremendous waste of time for me & such kind of unprofessional behavior from the HR's is not expected. It would definitly hinder the brand value of a good company tough. Please have a prior discussion about expected & current CTC before inviting a candidate for an interview. This would save a lot of crucial time of the candidate as well as the company.

After this managerial round was there.
Then HR discussion round. The offer letter was released after that.
