I attended the CitiusTech interview on 12 Oct. On the day of interview, Citius team arranged a pickup facility outside Airoli Station for evey candidate so that he/she can reach office without any hassle. This shows how much they care for their 'up-coming resources' Once reaching to the office, they have already bifurcated the candidates as per their skills. This clearly depicts how well the management was well planned for the scheduled drive. They have also arranged snacks and food 🙂,which is quite rare these days. Interview process ---> ‌2 rounds were held - Technical round followed with Managerial round. Interview process was quite smooth and 'to the point' . Panels were polite and knowledgeable. ‌ ‌In HR round - Ms. Aarti Gupta explained the HR policies precisely and Politely. Then happened the salary negotiation. ‌ ‌The best part in the overall process was that the HR released the offer letter on the same day itself. ‌

Tech round was good and smooth. React + Node all round questions a bit too long. Lasted for 1+ hours . Managerial round was not good. Interviewer was a bit rude. Trying to trap me in my own words. Not happy with the interview.
