It was a 4 round interview process, very quick and interview. 2 rounds with Citustech team and 2 rounds with client. But I have decliend their offer since I had offer other offer with remote working flexibility. in 2022, employees look for flexibilities like WFH / Remote, no employee like big buildings offices. Think that way and improve the working ways. Eventhough CitiusTech agreed to provide me WFH, but I couldn't join since I want to work for a product company after many years of working in client facing role. But Companies like Citius should learn they are losing quality people because of their WFO or Hybrid options.
