They asked for a cover letter but I'd be willing to bet that as long as you do it you'll get an interview. Came in within two days for an interview and was offered the job the next day. VERY fast hiring process. Lots of very basic questions having to do with work ethic and responsibility. Don't care about past experience with dogs, only that you understand its not glamorous and are willing to commit to them. Timeliness is super important to them.
