The interviewer was very polite and professional, and asked thoughtful questions. Kept everything to the point and I did not feel pressured at all. Afterwards the interviewer was very keen on keeping me posted about any updates, along with going out of the way to help me all my the interview path.

There was an initial interview with the recruiter Veruschka Bosco and a follow-up interview with Julie Ali and Dan Benedetti. The initial interview was very informative and ensured that i understood the process. The follow up interview was a traditional interview answering job related questions.

After applying to Citizens, I received an invitation for an AI interview with a service called HireVue. The "interview" consisted of timed "games" that are essentially exercises taken from an ADHD assessment, and a series of more standard interview questions that you must answer on video and which will be scored by their AI system. I received an automated rejection email a couple days later. I have since received multiple emails from Citizens inviting me to apply for the same job they already rejected me from before ever speaking to a human being, except I can't even do that because it simply tells me I've already applied and been rejected from that role.
