I had 2 Inteviews and they offered me a job. The inteviews went well. Then I signed a contract, give me credentials and started a onboarding process. After one week they made a knowledge test about a Vena (an accounting tool) and I didn´t pass. They didn´t hire me. This was for a remote Job in Colombia Was confusing that process, because felt like I was contracted.
