Found posting on the internet and was invited in for an interview. A few minutes after meeting the store manager, I was handed an application of around 15 questions. Most were behavioral and the last three dealt with expected hours and length of time with company. Afterwards, I was told to visit a few locations and report back on how I felt about my fit with the company.
