Within an hour of applying, I received a phone call from corporate recruiter Ayinde Tomlinson. After I completed an impromptu phone interview, Mr. Tomlinson over viewed the job requirements, benefits, pay scale and the next steps in the hiring process. Next I received a second phone call scheduling an in person interview with management as well as an email outlining details. Mr. Tomlinson again was communicative and not only welcomed any questions I may have had, but made himself available should I needed further clarification. I then interviewed with Terri Behr at corporate headquarters. Ms. Behr was professional, inquisitive, engaging and extremely thorough as well. The next day, Mr. Tomlinson called with next steps and again called a few days later with updates, status of potential hiring and expectation timing. I am thoroughly impressed by both of their professionalism skills, commitment to theirs jobs, and dedication. 101%!
