First, I was dealing with a CF "in-house" recruiter. "BD" was amazing! I was exploring 2 positions at CF. He was very thorough, really nice and always followed up (so I didn't have to). BD has a wonderful demeanor and was quite patient given all my questions. BD's always positive attitude motivated me to learn more about CF. Later I interviewed with JP, General Manager at a CF showroom. He was personable and asked the necessary questions to make sure I was a good fit; typical interview questions based on the company's needs / goals. As well, JP wanted to make sure that CF could meet my career goals. He took a sincere interest in my "potential" career at CF. Overall, I was very comfortable and impressed with CF's interview process. In closing, this company cares about my success.

Professional and to the point. I was asked how I would handle a few different scenarios as a sales person and was given a wonderful tour of the entire showroom.
