The process was pretty standard, with a 30-minute phone screen, a 45 minute in-person interview with 2 employees, a performance task, and a 1 hour final interview with presentation/discussion of performance task with a panel.

The second interview involved the same set of 4 questions about my past work experiences, ie What were your responsibilities? How would your colleagues describe you? How did you deal with conflict/challenges?
