Informational interview available prior to official interview, which was very helpful. I had the chance to speak with a different recruiter and get to know the organization better, which prepared me for the interview well. The interview itself was slightly awkward; the interviewers are required to type out, basically word-for-word, every answer you give. So, the interview was more of a question and answer style than a conversation, although I had some back-and-forth with my interviewer.

Very simple. Quick virtual interview and pretty simple questions. Research their values and what not and you should be good to go. As far as I remember it was a single interview and decision is relatively soon after that.
Really friendly and welcoming. Try to make it as comfortable as possible and share about the work they do. They want to ensure applicants are making the right decisions and that they assess the values.

Done over zoom and not an overly long process interviews are usually conducted by the IM for a school in the city you are applying for but if you have a pulse you should be fine
