Submitted a resume and answered some questions about why I was applying and what diversity means to me. The interview was over the phone and finished quickly. They asked a list of pre-selected questions and the interviewer typed my responses while I talked. There were lots of awkward gaps between each question because of this.

A long, detailed phone conversation detailing experience in education, as well as personal education, whether public or private. A discussion of life experiences-- poverty and discrimination, gauging the applicant's ability to work in a community experiencing such hardships.

It was a phone interview conducted with an interviewer who seemed to be a current ACM working during school hours. Behavioral questions were asked and I was given ample time to respond.
