Over the phone because I was out of state. It went really well the interviewer made sure I was aware of what my role in the organization would be. They provided me with answers to my questions and made sure I was confident in my decision to join. The interview as great. The interviewer was very nice and answered all of my questions.

Very simple. Quick virtual interview and pretty simple questions. Research their values and what not and you should be good to go. As far as I remember it was a single interview and decision is relatively soon after that.
Really friendly and welcoming. Try to make it as comfortable as possible and share about the work they do. They want to ensure applicants are making the right decisions and that they assess the values.

Done over zoom and not an overly long process interviews are usually conducted by the IM for a school in the city you are applying for but if you have a pulse you should be fine
