I had an initial conversation with my line-manager to be, and then a conversation with HR, a task, and then interview with line manager and director. I didnt accept the role until 1 month after initially interviewing, as HR offered me a salary lower than was mentioned in my 1st stage interview, so I initially declined but was then after a few weeks was eventually offered the number I was expecting.
