There was a panel of employees from different departments but the main person running the interview was someone from HR. The others chimed in to answer questions I had or to ask specific questions to clarify my answers. The conversation was very casual and most of the people on the panel wore casual clothing, making it comfortable.

There was one formal interview at their location in Coralville, Iowa. The interview team was two individuals, one from engineering and one in project management. The interview was approximately 20 minutes. Follow up on the position was within a week.
