register in a room first, and wait for interview. then the staff will bring you to another room. they will ask you to do self-intro in english first, and 3 interviewers will ask you questions.

I applied through university career center (nomination is required if local university). Beforehand, there is a document check, your academic qualifications etc. 5-person panel interview which lasted a very short time. At the time of writing I have not received an offer yet.
