Video interview had 10 questions which were generally competancy based although they were worded very weirdly. All judged institution / candidate blind so they don't know anything about your background so was quite easy to spend too much time talking about the background of the scenario rather than answering the question

It was in person over a day with different group activities and interview with a range of questions around competencies, skills and work experience. This was a long time ago
