Discussion with three members of the policy team. Several questions based on written application behaviours. There was also a warm up question which was not part of the interview, but to warm up to the interview.

Typical online process then I got an email asking me to select a time to have a panel interview with 3 people. It was all online. Interviewers were extremely awkward and booking it in was a bit tedious.

Very formulaic and quite hard to get your head around if your are not used to this type of interview. A lot of 'behaviours' are assessed rather than the area of policy that you would be undertaking.

Did not make it to interview but the overall selection process was tough and challenging. Writing the cover letter alone was quite difficult and needed a tailored approach. All in all applying for a role within this body requires a bit of planning and thinking ahead.
