Interview was very pleasant, informal. The manager asked typical questions about why I wanted to work at their store, what qualities could I bring to the table to enhance their company, what were my strengths and weaknesses, asked if I was competitive in my sales approach because they get bonuses for each sale they make, etc. And she wanted two to three references, preferably three.
