pretty simple, they contacted me by email to set up a chat with the boss slash owner via zoom. it was a fairly informal discussion and she was quite friendly despite the connection problems. Overall i felt like the job scope seemed wider than explained in the job description and they wanted someone that could do everything in one shot.
