Initial meeting with hiring manager, and two additional interviews with other associates. Conversation with hiring manager was pleasant. Some of the other interviews ie from one of the associates were not as pleasant. Leading/probing questioning style to force a result based on one's limited industry knowledge is not a way to attract seasoned healthcare industry candidates. Questions were passive aggressive. Company felt more like a services consulting shop not a healthcare/or technology company.

The process was extremely long and tedious. Multiple rounds including panel interviews. Unrealistic expectations and homework assignments that were given for certain rounds. Between the interviews, prep, and assignments I probably spent 40+ hours.
