Positive experience from start to finish. Informal coffee initially to explore the opportunity, followed by two interviews. One with the head of team and a colleague and the other with the head of team and another senior colleague. Both interviews felt like interviews but definitely two way, giving me the chance to ask questions. It felt very human and honest, like they really wanted to know about me as an individual including my motivations, and also what I had done before and could bring to the team.
