The main question they asked was for me to introduce myself, and they provided a thorough overview of the role. I was told they would follow up within a couple of weeks, as one of the interviewers would be traveling. However, after waiting a month with no update, I reached out to the marketing coordinator. She responded that they were still interviewing candidates and would be in touch the following week with next steps. She also mentioned that there were multiple openings for the role, which was causing delays. Unfortunately, I never received any further updates after that. It would have been greatly appreciated if they had provided closure, even if just to let me know I was no longer being considered. One final note: When I was initially contacted, I was told the interview would be a phone interview. While I still prepared professionally, I was surprised to find that it was actually a video interview upon joining the call. A heads-up about this in advance would have been helpful. Overall, I was disappointed with how unprofessional the process was. A lack of communication and follow-through reflects poorly on a company’s culture, and I expected better from a firm of this size.
