Apply for the position and obtain and interview, it was a one on one, relaxed environment. There is an extreme need for Therapeutic Staff Support, in the community, schools, and home. It can be an emotionally strenuous job. There hours are not all 9-5 and there may be weekend work.
Interview process was efficient and relatively easy. They ask the basic questions for the job and ensure that you are qualified. I found out I received the job the same day.

The interview was very casual. In addition to my online application I had to fill out a paper copy while there. I was recommended for hire during that interview. That week I received a call to schedule training.

The interview was very brief and casual. If you're qualified for the job on paper, you basically get hired on the spot. Be prepared to answer questions, but definitely don't stress yourself out. It's not scary at all.
