I was contacted by a recruiter to set up a brief phone call explaining the nature of the position. From there, I was sent an email with the easiest interview guide I have ever seen. They provided links to articles about the company and even tips on how to interview successfully. All of the interview questions were behavior-based. They definitely look more for personality and culture fit than any particular background.

Filled out the application online. Got a call from a local recruiter the next week where she mostly just went over the position further, then I had an onsite interview 2 weeks after that. The On-site interview was about 30 minutes long with two different managers. They were friendly and asked pretty standard questions. I was offered the position a couple days later!
