Recommended by an employee so I didn't do a phone screen, but did talk briefly with the CEO. Interview was four parts: first 45 minutes with an engineering manager talking about process & interpersonal things, latter three were one hour each with an engineer. I have done a lot of interviews and ClassPass was one of very few that didn't ask any college CS style algorithm questions. Instead, they focused on things that are a lot more like what engineers actually do. Additionally, they aren't just trying to grill you—the interviewers worked with me, making the environment much better for showing your strengths even in the face of nervousness.
