the process took about a week including a phone interview, an on-site interview, and follow up from the school. The person I spoke with on the phone was very nice, but she was not available during my second interview. I was also supposed to meet with the principal, but she was busy putting out fires. The interview took place at the end of a hallway because they were limited on space. It turned out to be a good thing, I was able to see all the chaos that unfolded in the hallway and how the staff handled it. Standard interview questions plus a case study. The entire interview took about 1.5 hours. They also gave me a tour of the school, which was nice.
