The interview was simple, the individual calls you and ask's you a bunch of questions. The person on the phone was not the nicest, very vague about the school. It seemed as if she didn't want to speak to me for the start.

They asked questions about your teaching style, how do you fit in to the schools mission statement. How do you plan for certain events. How well do you work with others.
