I had two interviews in total. The first was a phone interview where we discussed my background and interest in the role. The second was a live video call where I had to present a scripted lesson plan. During the second interview, I also met with a group of teachers who assessed my teaching skills and asked me follow-up questions. Overall, the process was interactive and gave me a good sense of the team and expectations for the position.
