Was contacted by their recruiter by email asking me for a chat. I replied straight away. Did not hear back, so contacted their recruiter by SMS. Again he asked me when I would be free for a chat. I replied back and again never heard back.
Deplorable attitude from the recruiter and does not reflect well on the company!

Colloquio
The interview process included 2 interviews and 1 assignment.
The first interview was about 1 hour. I was asked about my experience, my interest in this position, my skills and so on.
Then I was shortlisted and was offered to complete an assignment. Is consisted of 5 customer support cases which I needed to solve. It was pretty fine.
The final interview was with the Head of Support. I asked different questions about the company and the position.
