Basically the process was an all day event where I met with everyone from low-level analyst to the CEO...very tiring and disorganized. At one point, I sat in the interview area for like 45 minutes and no-one came in.

Honestly the questions were all pretty simple. Some of the leadership folks are obviously elitists who think they've performed well in the past, but they aren't as smart as they think they are.
