Very nice interviewer. Very polite and helpful in regards to any of the questions I asked. There were two interviews, a phone one and an in person interview as well. I ended up getting the job and am looking forward to see what this job has to offer.

The interview process might change soon. I called went in for a brief interview. Then went in for my paid observation night where you learn how to phone canvass and call some members. Following that you need to get $60 a night on card for a few nights. I was good at it so I did it quickly. Some people do not make it which sucks because they think they got the job because the interview went well.

I came in full interview garb only to find everyone in shorts. The woman interviewing me was emphatic and motivating. I was whisked through the hiring process before I even knew what was happening. The office space was somewhat odd, in that someone walked through my interview into an adjoining office.
