Colloquio
It was relatively quick and well organised. After I was offered the job there hasn’t been much communication. I am not even sure what I’m supposed to be doing on my first day eg. What time do I arrive etc. I also found it strange I was given less than 24 hours to accept the role.
Really well organised and informative. Started with an initial chat with internal talent team who scoped my experience and what I want from a role to ensure I'm a good fit before proceeding.
In first interview we initially went through an overview on the business before we dived into a presentation and questions, everything was well timed and there was enough time to ask questions.
Final interview was meeting the wider team and answering some more questions, great to know that the wider team had chance to meet me and help figure if we were a good fit.

Centered on experience, why I was interested in the role
A simple and quick turnaround, within 4 days in fact! The most pleasurable interviewing experience possible I've ever had in fact. The Talent acquisition team are so friendly, very informative and very reassuring. A pleasure to deal with every team member so far :-)
