The interview process was very well-structured, focusing on understanding my professional experience relevant to the role, as well as verifying my technical knowledge of the technologies related to the position. I appreciated the professionalism and openness of the management team, the technical staff, and the HR representatives I had the opportunity to meet during the recruitment process.

Meeting in friendly atmosphere with employees from various roles. Interview consists of soft skill questions like team work cooperation and technical questions regarding tech stack, architecture. There was also place for some questions to interviewing side, like technologies used, Kraków office location, team size and responsibilities.
