I was selected for a phone interview after submitting my resume and cover letter. The interview consisted of some getting to know you questions and a case study. I was not selected for a second round interview but felt the process was fair. I did seek and received feedback regarding improvements for future interviews after I was turned down.

The interview process was standard: 15 minutes fit interview, 25 minutes case, 5 minutes questions. I didn't get an offer. They offer optional feedback, which is very useful for future interviews.
