I applied online. I had the first interview via Skype, quite informal and smooth . I was contacted again to have a second interview with the Director of the Operation, it lasted about one hour and it went very well. After that, I had a third round interview with the Head of HR. The same day I received the offer.

Colloquio
I have received a phone call on a Friday afternoon, shortly after that I received an email and a text message with the details for the interview after 2-3 days. I had my interview on a Monday and it went really well (approximately 45 mins). Everyone was really nice and welcoming. On a Wednesday (2 days later) I have received a text message and email asking me to come in for the second stage. The second interview was a bit longer like 1 hour long and I had to answer difficult questions like ''if someone is not nice to you on your 1st day what would you do?'' and I had an online task to do. The next week I got my offer and I have accepted the job. Overall experience was really good and the process was quick.
