3 Rounds of interviewing, very technical. Be prepared with all of your finance and accounting knowledge! There are some helpful youtube videos that describe the process a bit. It is a very stressful interview and they try to gauge how you handle under pressure.

There were some questions on lot inventory methods (FIFO, LIFO) and why it's important.
There were some questions on bond price, yield relationship etc.

Three Interviews:
1. With HR; Generic Questions about company, role of interest, and yourself.
2. With management; Questions about you; Teamwrok experiences; "describe amortization as if you were describing it to a 5 year old".
3. With heads of departments you will fall under. Mostly questions about you, however, make sure you can explain well what CWAN does and how using the available info you got.

There were several stages with a recruiter then with management, Looking for problem solving ability above all, Don't be discouraged if you do not have a finance background as that can be taught. Ask good questions
