Interviewed with recruiter for a phone screening. Later a tech interview. I could not see as to their questions how it related to my abilities as a programmer. I believe the tech interviewer failed to get a comprehensive understanding of what I could do for them and unfortunately missed out on a great potential employee. I was not impressed at all.
