It was a multi-step remote process with easy scheduling and fast response time. 3 face-to-face, remote interviews, and written responses to see how I would interact with customers and team members.

The first step was the application followed by a phone screen. After passing the phone screen I was offered the next step was a panel interview followed by an offer.

The interview process was lengthy there were at least three. One included a mock call with a family. All seemed appropriate for the job. The mock call just wanted to see how you were on the phone talking to others.
