Submitted resume. Spoke to the recruiter a week later. Easy process. Phone call with the recruiter went well, or so I thought. Recruiter said that all went well and next step the hiring manager will be calling in "2-3 days". A week later, no response and I get an automated email saying that recruiters have reviewed your application and have decided to pursue other candidates. Didn't hear back from the recruiter after requesting more info. Unprofessional and a waste of time.
