Application Process: I applied for the Customer Success Engineer role in CleverTap through my college campus. The application process consisted of three rounds, all clearly outlined in the registration form: 1. Online Aptitude Test 2. Group Discussion 3. Final Interview Interview Stages: I completed the online aptitude test and was shortlisted for the group discussion. Following the GD, I participated in the final interview process at the Mumbai branch office. This stage included a managerial round and the final interview with the hiring team. Unclear Selection Process: After the final interview, we were informed that the results would be communicated through our college. However, the selection process appeared to lack transparency. Some students were offered positions through online HR interviews, while others, like myself, were given a task based on their internal documentation (which ideally should be provided after training). I completed the assigned task, but ultimately received a message from HR stating that all positions had been filled. Concerns: The extended interview process, lasting approximately 1.5 months, felt unnecessary, especially considering the late communication regarding filled positions. Overall: While the initial interview stages were well-defined, the final selection process lacked clarity and resulted in a significant time investment from candidates.

The interviewer was very friendly and asked questions starting from the basics, gradually moving to some core concepts. The overall interaction was smooth and comfortable, giving me a good opportunity to explain my understanding confidently
