Normal interview process, but you find out their job ads are not 100% accurate about salary, hours, etc. Be mindful and critical, and ask questions about everything that attracted you to apply here. Also, as a final step before actual employment, they require you to undergo 2 weeks training (they will pay you a bit for this), so keep that in mind if you are processing other applications as well.

It's quick and straight to the point. It's mainly about getting to know you as a person and as an employee and why you think you'd be a good fit for the job. You won't really feel any pressure.
It's quick and nothing out of the ordinary but very professional. The entire process went smooth and easy. I had the chance to also choose my availability for the interview.
