I had a phone interview with a recruiter, who outlined the expectations of the position and proceeded to ask me to elaborate on my previous internship experiences. The recruiter also asked questions to determine if I had the skills and experiences preferred in the area of material science. There were not many behavioral questions that I had difficulty answering and no technical questions.
