Horrible. They take advantage of the interview process as if it is free consulting! I was asked to create multiple presentations and recommendations in advance of the second interview. The company is rapidly growing, but request a lot of details from personnel being interviewed, especially when the position may not be filled. There is little to no confidence that the position you are interviewing for will actually materialize. The interview process takes forever!
