The first, screening interview was set up but on the day of the interview the recruiter didn't appear. I emailed her to ask if we are having the call but never heard back. Horrible, unprofessional behaviour.

Was told the process was a HR screening call, an interview with a team member, a presentation and then a final culture fit call with other team members.
All of the stages were very efficient, and within 3 weeks I had the final stage which seemed positive. However, after this I was ghosted by the HR manager. I followed up three times via email with no response.
I think it is very unprofessional to not provide feedback if you reject someone during the final interview stage. I was very disappointed as up until this point everyone I met had been lovely and I was excited about the opportunity.
