I was first introduced to the group of clinic through a staffing agency and I did a few days of locum tenens with them to fill in, but also to see if it was an environment I would be comfortable with. They were satisfied with my performance, so I was asked to come for an in person interview. I then received the offer by a combination of phone and email communication.
