Multiple phone screens and conversations with the hiring manager and other team members. The panel interviews involved a lot of technical and stylistic questions which were straightforward to answer. Overall the process was a complete waste of time because it's obvious they aren't willing to pay proper salaries for the amount of work they expect people to do. Also some of the people on the interview panel are unprofessional to the point it suggests there are a lot of internal struggles.
