Colloquio
Interview process took too long with several rounds of interviews and waiting time to find out the outcome. Felt like the team was not sure of hiring steps and took to long to respond to my requests for feedback.

How would you deal if you were in a situation where there was a difference of opinion between CHAI and the government?

Truly atrocious and completely disrespectful interview process and HR. CHAI should be ashamed of themselves. 4 rounds of interviews (HR screening, technical case study, technical manager, and director), followed by references (in which they went behind my back and reached out DIRECTLY to my current manager who was unaware that I was applying), to then completely ghost me. The only silver lining was having the realization that I would never want to work for an organization that treats people like absolute garbage.

General behavioural, technical questions related to role.

While I did receive feedback two weeks later ...which I understand is not always the case based on the many reviews here—the content was very empty, generic and lacked substance. When I followed up with specific questions, I received no response. This was disappointing, given the time, energy, and dedication that senior-level candidates invest in preparing for and engaging with such a process.

Domanda 1
The questions were fair but relatively surface-level. At this senior level, I had expected more probing on the experiences, scenario-based, and competency-driven questions that would evaluate the depth of my experience and provide confidence that the process is robust, reliable, and aligned with best practices in recruitment.
