This is a multi stage interview process. An HR screening process, an interview with the Hiring manager (that may not be your manager). If you make it to the next stages, you will have a 4 hours final set of interviews, with a coding challenge (where you should spend time sharing what you are doing, as working with a peer is an important quality), followed by a system design interview, and 2 rounds of non technical interviews.
